Refund & Return Policy

At AnythingBalm.com, we stand behind the quality of our furniture care products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a refund for your item. To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within this timeframe.

2. Item Condition

We want you to experience the quality of our balm on your furniture. We accept refund requests even if the product has been opened or lightly used, provided the request is made within the 30-day window.

3. Fees & Shipping

  • Restocking Fees: AnythingBalm.com does not charge any restocking fees.
  • Return Shipping: If a physical return is required, AnythingBalm.com will cover the cost of the return shipping.

4. Refund & Billing Information

Once your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit Card). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Important Billing Note:

Please be aware that all transactions for AnythingBalm.com are processed by our parent company. On your credit card or PayPal statement, the charge will appear as LCH Enterprises.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged during transit from our facility in Washington State, USA, please Contact Us immediately. We will issue a full refund for any item that is damaged upon arrival.
